Return & Exchange Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your products, without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions provided for by applicable law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to crystal.cathrin@gmail.com, including your order number.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the products back.

Product Condition

You may carefully inspect and try on the product, as you would in a physical store.

If the product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in its value, in accordance with applicable law.

Product Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order by contacting us, provided that the product is in suitable condition.

For voluntary exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original product and shipping the replacement product. There is no additional exchange handling fee.

Return Shipping Costs

For withdrawals or voluntary exchanges due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, provided this was communicated before purchase.

You may choose your preferred courier service to return the product.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you, in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

If you withdraw from the entire order, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded, up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option available, where required by law.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise, without any additional charges.
