Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without having to state a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us of your decision by email at crystal.cathrin@gmail.com or by phone at 6973974621 and 6973976428, before the 14-day period expires.

After you contact us, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and the return address.

Products must be shipped without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day you notified us of your decision to withdraw.

The customer arranges the return using a courier company of their choice and bears the direct cost of return shipping.

Please return products, where possible, in their original packaging, together with the purchase receipt or other proof of order.

The customer is liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

For hygiene reasons, please try on earrings with particular care. In the event of a return, their condition will be assessed in accordance with applicable legislation.

Product Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us first to find out about the process and product availability.

Optional exchanges are accepted for products that have not been worn and are in their original condition.

You may choose another product of equal or greater value by paying any price difference.

In the case of an optional product exchange, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the original product, as well as for shipping the new product, in accordance with our store’s applicable shipping rates.

There is no additional charge for processing the exchange.

The above does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or consumer rights in the event of a defective product.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at 6973974621, at 6973976428 or by email at crystal.cathrin@gmail.com.

We will inform you about the return and replacement process at no cost to you.

In the event of a defective product or an incorrect shipment on our part, the relevant return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the replacement product are covered by our store.

Consumers’ statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain in force.

Refunds

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we refund the amounts provided for under applicable legislation.

If you withdraw from the entire order, the value of the products and the original shipping cost will be refunded, up to the amount of the least expensive standard delivery method we offer.

If you return part of an order, the refund is calculated in accordance with applicable legislation and the circumstances of the specific order.

In the case of a standard withdrawal, the direct shipping costs for returning the products are borne by the customer.

Refunds are issued without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw.

We reserve the right to wait until we receive the products or you provide proof that they have been shipped, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise, at no additional cost to the customer.

For cash-on-delivery payments, or when a refund through the original payment method is not possible, we may request bank details (IBAN and account holder’s name) to process the refund.
