6. Right of Withdrawal, Exchanges and Product Returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without having to provide a reason, subject to the exceptions provided for by applicable legislation.

In the case of a straightforward withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the products are borne by the consumer, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Crystal Cathrin reserves the right to change its product prices. Price changes do not affect orders for which a purchase contract has already been concluded.
